R3C grade products
The R3C reflective class was introduced in January 2018 as part of an update to the UK National Annex of BS EN 12899-1:2007.
Within the updated annex, class R3C is used to differentiate reflective materials that deliver particularly high performance.
R3C grade materials are constructed using a full cube design and are the most efficient of all UK reflective classes, offering up to 100% light return. Avery Dennison T-11500 OmniCube is an R3C grade omni-directional micro prismatic film incorporating tiles of full cube microprisms arranged in multiple orientations. This provides uniform visual reflectivity across all sign face orientations, resulting in reduced material wastage during production and confidence that signs will perform as intended, regardless of print orientation.
